The information required is: correct spelling of members name spouse or contact name, complete address (apt, bldg,floor), home and / or cell phone and your email address. Marina fees are at $60 a foot.  We have 1344 feet rented as of now.  We would be raising the cost per foot to $70.

 

Old cost

168 Members at $63,000

18 Associate members at $1350

Marina $80,640

 

NEW COST

168 Members at $75,560 (+$12,560)

18 Associate members at $1800 (+450)

Marina at $94,080 (+13,440)

 

Total increase in dues and marina cost of $26,450

 

IF we raised Dues 3% a year for the last 8 years we would be at $475

IF we raised Dues 3% a year for the last 8 years we would be at $78 a foot
